How much does it cost to exhibit?
Booth pricing varies by size and category of product or service represented within the shows. We have minimum booth size requirements for all types of products and services represented within our shows. Fill out the inquiry form with your information and one of our show consultants will contact you within 24 hours.
What’s included in my booth?
Every exhibitor receives dedicated floor space, a listing in our official show directory magazine, potential inclusion in pre-show promotions across social media, and access to our media team for possible feature coverage. Each exhibitor also receives our official Exhibitor Resource, your complete guide to all show information, rental options, electrical and plumbing services, and everything else pertaining to the event.

Can I exhibit at just one location?
Absolutely. You can participate in a single show at one venue or expand to all three South Florida locations. Many exhibitors choose to participate in multiple shows, or all of them, to capture the full benefit of the strategy. At each show you’ll meet thousands of potential customers and industry connections, but the reality is that not every attendee is ready for every product at that exact moment. As you participate in more shows, you build a residual pipeline of business, fueling immediate sales while setting up mid- and long-term success. How early should I book?
As early as possible. We begin securing booth positions a full year ahead of each show, and space fills quickly, especially since we limit the number of businesses within each category. Some categories carry waitlists that run a full year or longer. Current exhibitors hold the first right of refusal on their space, provided they rebook before leaving the event.
